iPhone 14 Pro
The upcoming iPhone 14 series is expected to be released within next seven months, but there have already been numerous reports concerning the device’s design, screen, and cameras.
And this time, a new leak has surfaced revealing the device’s RAM capacity. A claim has recently been made by a reliable blogger on Korean Social media network Naver that the iPhone 14 Pro will have 8GB of RAM.
He also claimed that the memory components for the iPhone 14 Pro have already been confirmed and the mass manufacturing process will kick off on the floor soon. In fact, it’s a follow-up to the previous rumor, though the source deemed uncertain that time.
Earlier this month, supply chain analyst Jeff Pu of Haitong International Securities, who had previously stated that the iPhone 14 Pro would have 6 GB RAM, confirmed this new information.
Previous reports from the analyst indicated that the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max would include 6GB of memory and a 120Hz LTPO display, identical to the iPhone 14 Pro.
As a result, it is expected that Apple would provide the Pro model with additional RAM in order to clearly distinguish between the two models.
The rumors surrounding the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro have so far suggested that the smartphone will be equipped with a 48MP camera, which is going be the biggest pixel count sensor to be launched on an iPhone to date.
According to rumors, the iPhone 14 series will be transitioning to eSIM-only models, making it even more water resistant by removing another port from the smartphone.

Other changes to come with iPhone 14 Pro
The front camera notch could be one of the design changes coming to the iPhone 14 series. Two cutouts- a typical punch-hole shape and a pill shape are supposed to be included in the new smartphone series.
We know, the heavy users keep video and image editing, as well as gaming in their priority list as these are among the most demanding tasks on a smartphone. However, we think 8GB of RAM is more than enough for all of the tasks.
It is expected that Apple won’t tell the world whether the RAM of iPhone 14 Pro is increased by 2GB over its predecessor. So we will have to wait until the launching event of iPhone 14 to see if the Pro and Pro Max really get 8GB RAM.
